Open Diagnoses in the Nursing Center and record each client's conditions in one list. Medications, treatments, a Physician's Order, and the health and nursing assessments can all use the same record.
A new admission or yearly renewal usually needs a signed Physician's Order and an updated Health Assessment. ElderSuite stores and prints the forms. It does not send them to the doctor.
Add a client medication in the Nursing Center, set how it is given, then print the weekly MAR. Mark a stopped drug Inactive instead of deleting the record.
