ElderSuite is very cost effective because we don't actually sell you an overprice package that becomes obsolete in 6 months. Instead, ElderSuite is offered as a Software as a Service (Saas) and you pay a low subscription fee to manage your facility.
We are so confident in the return on investment that we guarantee you will save more using ElderSuite than you pay. We back that guarantee with our "No Questions Asked" Cancellation Policy.
First, both editions offer all the same great features. The difference is that the Ultimate Edition will provide forms required by your State when necessary. In addition, we guarantee to keep those forms updated when your State makes changes.
Currently, only Texas subscribers are required to subscribe to the Ultimate Edition. As ElderSuite is customized and enhanced over time, new ElderSuite subscribers in other States may be required to subscribe to the Ultimate Edition. However, if you are an existing ElderSuite subscriber, your lock-in rate would not change as long as you maintain an active ElderSuite subscription.
Our rates are all-inclusive with no hidden fees whatsoever! There are no support fees, no training fees, no upgrade fees, no transaction fees, and no additional workstation fees, no additional user fees, no other fees of any kind. The rate you pay is for a single facility (one provider). However, you can have as many users as you like. Additionally, you can even install ElderSuite at remote locations such as home offices or even a central billing office if needed. What you see is what you get!
I almost forgot! The rate you pay when you first subscribe to ElderSuite is your "Lock-In" rate. So, as long as you maintain your ElderSuite subscription, you will never have to worry about any rate increases. That's our way of saying thanks to our loyal customers.
