Terms of Service
Effective date: August 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of the eldersuite.com website and the ElderSuite software, provided by MicroSolutions ("MicroSolutions," "we," "us"). By using the website or the software, you agree to these terms.
The service
ElderSuite is management software for adult day care providers, offered as a monthly subscription with no long-term contract. Trial versions are provided for evaluation. We may improve or update the software over time.
Accounts
Each staff member accesses ElderSuite with their own username and password and is responsible for keeping those credentials confidential. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the information their staff enter and for managing which staff have access.
SMS verification messages
ElderSuite can send one-time verification codes by SMS when a signed-in staff member requests one, to verify their own mobile number or to complete a password reset they initiated. By requesting a code you consent to receive that message. Message frequency depends on your actions; there are no recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile numbers are handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or software, including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the operation of the service, or using it in violation of applicable law.
Customer data
Records entered into ElderSuite belong to the provider that entered them. We handle that data only to deliver, support, and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and our agreements with each provider.
Intellectual property
The ElderSuite software, website, and related materials are the property of MicroSolutions and are protected by law. Your subscription grants a right to use the software for your organization's operations; it does not transfer ownership.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and software are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicroSolutions disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
