Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 30, 2026
ElderSuite is adult day care management software developed and operated by MicroSolutions ("MicroSolutions," "we," "us"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information through the eldersuite.com website and the ElderSuite application.
Information we collect
Website. When you request a free trial, download the software, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, organization, email address, and phone number.
ElderSuite application. Our customers (adult day care providers) enter and manage records in ElderSuite, including staff accounts and client records. That data belongs to the customer; we access it only to provide, support, and secure the service.
Staff contact channels. ElderSuite lets each staff member keep an email address and mobile phone number on their own employee profile and verify them with one-time codes. These are used for account security features such as contact verification and self-service password reset.
SMS text messaging
ElderSuite sends SMS messages for one purpose only: one-time verification codes (2FA/OTP) requested by a signed-in staff member to verify their own mobile number or to complete a password reset they initiated. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- Consent is collected inside the ElderSuite application when the staff member enters their own number and requests a code. Message frequency depends entirely on the user's own actions; there are no recurring messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Opting out disables SMS-based verification for your number; email verification remains available.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own use; text messages are delivered through our messaging service provider acting solely on our behalf.
How we use information
We use information to provide and support ElderSuite, to secure accounts (including sending verification codes), to respond to inquiries, to process subscriptions, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Health information
ElderSuite is used by adult day care providers to manage records that may include protected health information. That information is controlled by the provider, and we handle it only as necessary to deliver the service, consistent with our agreements with each provider and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies.
Security and retention
Data is stored in secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, and access is limited to what each user's role permits. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and audit obligations.
Your choices
You may update or remove the contact information on your employee profile inside ElderSuite at any time, and you may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Website inquiries can be directed to us using the contact information below.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
