How the Download Works
- Enter your name and email address in the form above and click Continue.
- Open the email we send you and click the download link. The ElderSuite Installer downloads to your computer.
- Run the installer. It installs the current version of ElderSuite along with its documentation and any components it needs. New providers can then register for the free 30-day trial from inside ElderSuite.
ElderSuite updates itself automatically after the first installation, so you only download it once per computer.
System Requirements
ElderSuite is Windows software that runs on your own computer and connects to the ElderSuite network over the internet. You supply the computer, any printers or scanners, and the internet connection; an active ElderSuite subscription or trial is required to sign in.
- Operating system: Windows 10 or later, with .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later. We recommend the current version of Windows.
- Memory and storage: 4 GB of RAM and 500 MB of free space on the Windows drive.
- Internet: a connection is required; a high-speed connection gives the best experience. Because the software runs locally, only your data travels over the connection, so ElderSuite stays responsive even on slower links.
- Peripherals: a printer and a scanner are optional but recommended. Any Windows-compatible printer works; for scanning attendance sheets and documents, see How to Choose a Scanner in ElderSuite.
Requirements for Electronic Claims
ElderSuite submits electronic claims through the Availity and TMHP clearinghouses. Each needs its own account before the first claim goes out: an Availity Essentials account with Username, Password and FTP credentials (the basic account is currently free), or a TMHP account with a Submitter ID and Password (also currently free).
