Open Monthly Fire Drill Assessments from the Provider Center, add a Form 4719 report, complete the pre-drill and post-drill sections, then print the form.

A monthly fire drill in ElderSuite is one Fire Drill Report. That report is Form 4719. The plan you make before the drill and the notes you take afterward live on the same record.
Open Provider Center from the ElderSuite main menu and click Monthly Fire Drill Assessments. That opens the Fire Drill Report List. Start a new report, complete the two sections on the form, then print Form 4719 for the file.
The same list also opens from Report Center under Fire Drill Report - Form 4719.
**Compliance Note:** Fire-drill documentation requirements vary by state. Use Form 4719 according to the requirements that apply to your organization.
Open Provider Center and click Monthly Fire Drill Assessments in Related Activities.
The Fire Drill Report List is a read-only index. Newest drill first. It shows Date and Print Later. The list does not save or print a report.
If Monthly Fire Drill Assessments is grayed out, the provider's Monthly Fire Drill Report option may be off. On Limited Access, the Monthly Fire Drill Report - Form 4719 permission is also needed. The Report Center entry still opens the same list.
Click Add New. The Fire Drill Report opens dated today, with Print Later already ticked.
Choose who completed the report in Completed By. That list comes from Manage Employees. The report can be saved without a name there.
Only one fire drill report is open at a time. Add New or Edit closes a report that is already open.
To reopen a saved drill, highlight the row and click Edit, or double-click the row.
Fill the section headed COMPLETE THIS SECTION BEFORE CONDUCTING THE DRILL. That is the planned situation, location, fire and smoke, exits, and rally point.
Keep a complete Date. A new report already has today's date. If the date is cleared or left incomplete, nothing saves.
Click Save & Close if the drill has not been run yet. Reopen the same report after the drill.
Open the same report. Fill the section headed COMPLETE THIS SECTION AFTER CONDUCTING THE DRILL.
Answer the numbered questions on that section, including the two times. Add anything notable in Comments/Problems. List everyone who took part in Names of Participants.
Click Save & Close.
Open the completed report and click Print. If there are unsaved changes, ElderSuite asks whether to save and print. Yes saves first, then opens the filled Form 4719 in the report viewer. No saves nothing and prints nothing.
After a printout is produced, Print Later is cleared on the report. That change still needs to be saved if you close the window.
You cannot print from the list, and you cannot change Print Later from the list. The flag lives on the report.
The Date is the only required entry. Type or pick a full date before you save or print. If the date is incomplete, ElderSuite stays silent and the report is not stored.
