Open Client Roster - Form ES1200 from the Report Center, set a date range, add up to three extra columns if needed, then preview and print from the Report Viewer.

Client Roster - Form ES1200 creates a printable list of clients for the date range you select. In the Report Center, ElderSuite describes it as a “complete listing of all active clients for a user-specified date range.”
Open Report Center from the ElderSuite main menu, select Client Reports, and open Client Roster - Form ES1200. Set the dates, optionally add up to three client fields, and click Preview. The finished roster opens in the Report Viewer, where you can print it or save a copy.
Click Report Center on the ElderSuite main menu. When the Report Center first opens, it starts on Provider Reports. Its four category tabs run down the left edge:
Click Client Reports. In the Report List, click Client Roster - Form ES1200 once to highlight it. The Report Description beneath the list reads:
Complete listing of all active clients for a user-specified date range.
Click View Report on the Report List caption bar, or double-click the report name. Either action opens the Client Roster - Form ES1200 window.
If no report is highlighted, clicking View Report does nothing and displays no message.
The Client Roster window opens on top of the Report Center. Close it before selecting another report.
Start Date and End Date are the only filters on this report. Both default to today, so the initial range covers a single day. Change the dates before clicking Preview when you need a longer period.
Both dates are required. You do not select an individual client because ElderSuite builds the roster from the date range.
ElderSuite does not verify that End Date is on or after Start Date. If the dates are reversed, the range is accepted, but no roster is produced.
Each roster includes the client’s search name. To add more client details, click Customize. This opens Client Roster - Customize Report, headed Add Custom Fields.
Choose a field in Field 1, Field 2, and Field 3 as needed. You can add one, two, or all three fields. Click Ok to record your choices and return to the Client Roster window.
Ok does not produce the roster. Your selected columns appear when you next click Preview.
The selections apply only while the current Client Roster window remains open. They are not saved as a report layout and are discarded when that window closes.
If you reopen Customize, all three selectors appear empty even when earlier selections are still in effect. Leaving a selector empty does not clear a column you previously chose. To reset the roster with no extra columns, close the Client Roster window and reopen the report.
A physician’s name is not available as a custom roster column. To print physician details, use Contact Information Assessment - Form ES1000 from Report Center → Client Reports.
Click Preview. ElderSuite builds Form ES1200 and opens it in the Report Viewer. Nothing is sent to a printer automatically.
Use Print or Save As in the Report Viewer. Save a copy before closing the viewer if you need to keep the electronic document.
Each page includes:
If the roster contains more than 43 clients, ElderSuite combines the additional pages into one continuous report. The values on the finished roster cannot be edited in the Report Viewer.
The Client Roster window closes after Preview, whether the roster is produced successfully or not. To change the dates or columns and try again, reopen the report from the Report Center.
The date range is the only filter.
You can add up to three extra columns. Those selections are not saved after the Client Roster window closes.
The roster does not print an enrollment total.
Form ES1200 does not export to a spreadsheet. For spreadsheet-ready client information, use Client Center → Client List → Export Client Records and choose All Records or Active Records. That feature produces a CSV file.
Client Roster - Form ES1200 opens only from the Report Center. It is not available from the Client Center.
If no clients are returned for the selected dates, ElderSuite displays Report Failed with this message:
The report was not generated successfully. Please try again.
There is no separate message stating that no clients were found. The Client Roster window closes after the message.
The same Report Failed message can also follow another report-generation problem, so it does not always mean the date range was empty.
If the blank Form ES1200 template is missing, ElderSuite first displays Missing Files with this message:
The report you are trying to print is missing. Please re-install ElderSuite.
Because ElderSuite cannot build the roster, the Report Failed message follows. Reinstall ElderSuite to restore the missing report template.
Both dates default to today. Widen the range before clicking Preview when you need more than a single day.
If Report Failed appears, first confirm that:
Correct the dates, reopen Client Roster - Form ES1200, and try again. If Missing Files also appeared, reinstall ElderSuite before retrying.
